Great Crawfish Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 can cream mushroom soup
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 can cream celery soup
- 1 1/2 soup cans of milk
- 1/2 LB chopped broccoli - cooked and drained
- 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta cheese
- 1 LB bag crawfish
- 1/4 cup of rotel tomatoes
- 1/2 cap of 4 drops of liquid crab boil
- salt, pepper and garlic powder
Melt butter in skillet and sauté onions until cooked. Add all soups and
milk, heat until starts to lightly boil. Add cheese and continue cooking
until the cheese melts. Add broccoli and seasonings. Add crawfish, heat
thoroughly and serve.
PS, if the sauce is too thick, add chicken stock.
As with all crawfish dishes, this soup is best if served the next day.
