Cut sausage into small bite size pieces and precook in microwave (about 5 to 6 minutes)
Cut seasonings and saute in saute pan with olive oil
Add sausage and cook for another 5 minutes
Add corn (including all juices), Rotel tomatoes (the more juice, the spicier it is) and parsley
Season with salt and pepper (if you prefer, add Tony Cachere's) to taste
Bring to boil and then simmer for about 30 minutes
EXTRA: Add 1 container crabmeat after adding corn.
