CORN & SHRIMP/CRAB SOUP
Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 bunch green onions finely chopped
- 2 cans cream potato soup (regular size cans)
- 2 cans cream style corn (regular size cans)
- 1 pint Half & Half
- 1 capful liquid Crab Boil
- 1 lbs. peeled shrimp or 1 lb. crab meat or crab claw meat
Saute onions in butter. Then,add shrimp/crab meat and liquid crab boil.
Saute slightly more. Add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix. Cover and
simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to keep from sticking
to bottom of pot.
