Crawfish Fettuccini
Ingredients:
- 1 pack precooked crawfish tails
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 tbs. flour
- 1 bunch green onions
- can cream mushroom soup
- can cream celery soup
- 2 tbs. cooking sherry
Simmer butter, flour, green onion and soups for 30 minutes.
Add crawfish tails & sherry. Add enough water to let the sauce not be so pasty.
Serve over fettuccini noodles
