Salt and pepper Pork Tenderloins. Sear meat on hot BBQ grill.
Melt demiglaze (if unavailable, reduce can of beef stock until thick). Add pepper jelly to sauce. Cook until blended - about a minute or two.
Cut meat to smaller pieces about 1/2 to 3/4 inch chunks. Add to oven safe pan. Spoon glaze over meat and put in oven for 30 minutes to cook the sauce over the meat.
This sauce can be used over duck or other types of meat.
