Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 boxes chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 can artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces Sour cream
- 3/4 cup Parmeasean cheese
- 8 ounces Montery Jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Saute onion in butter, add ingredients individually (spinach, cream cheese,
sour cream, parmesan cheese, artichokes, crushed red pepper flakes, salt and
pepper) blending well after each addition.
Take off heat and put into dish, top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
