Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:
• 2 Tablespoons flour
• 2 Tablespoons butter
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• a few drops onion juice
• 2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 3 to 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
• 1 cup cooked spaghetti
• 1/2 cup mushrooms, sauteed in butter
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 3/4 cup bread crumbs

Make a medium white sauce of the flour, butter, milk and salt. Add the pepper paprika, mustard, onion and lemon juice to the sauce. and heat to the boiling point. Add chicken, spaghetti and the mushrooms.

In a large greased casserole dish, add the above mixture and top with the cheese and bread crumbs. Place in oven for about 15 minutes until crumbs are brown. Serve.
