Stuffed Peppers


Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and clean shrimp

Chop onions, celery and green peppers, then saute until soft using 2 tablespoons butter.

Add shrimp and stir until they are pink. Add bread crumbs gradually mixing well until consistency is reached. Add 1 egg and stir well.

Season with crab boil, salt and pepper

At this point, you can either stuff this mixture in to green peppers or into crab shells (either metal or real ones). Spread light coat of bread crumbs on top, add 1 small sliver of butter and bake for 40 minutes.
