Signature Dish Great Crawfish Soup


Melt butter in skillet and sauté onions until cooked. Add all soups and milk, heat until starts to lightly boil. Add cheese and continue cooking until the cheese melts. Add broccoli and seasonings. Add crawfish, heat thoroughly and serve.

PS, if the sauce is too thick, add chicken stock.

As with all crawfish dishes, this soup is best if served the next day.
