Signature Dish Red Beans and Rice


Cook until soft

Bring to boil, then lower fire

Simmer for an unknown time until beans are soft. Smash some beans against side of pot to thicken sauce. Continue cooking until done.

Beans are best if served the next day. This allows sauce to thicken. Make rice on the date you plan to eat. This dinner can be frozen for later use.
