Signature Dish Stuffed Peppers


Cut in half the 3 peppers, clean and boil in water for 15 minutes until peppers are soft and looses its crunchiness.

Saute all seasonings until soft using 2 tablespoons butter. Add shrimp and cook until shrimp is pink.

Add bread crumbs gradually and mix well, add 1 egg and stir well. Stop adding bread crumbs when stuffing starts to get dry.

Add salt, pepper and crab boil to taste. At this point, you can stuff into cleaned green peppers and cook in oven for 20 minutes.

For a touch of elegance, add Hollandaise sauce on top.
