Fahita's


Add olive oil to skillet
Chop up one onion in chunks
Cut green pepper and red pepper in 1/4 inch strips

Add onions and peppers to skillet
Add salt and pepper to taste

Cook onions and peppers down
Add chicken (precooked and spiced - available in grocery store)

Put on tortillas, add salsa and sour cream and cheese
