Signature Dish Salmon with Maple Syrup sauce

Add soy sauce and maple syrup in pan and heat until thickened under medium heat. Place in shallow pan and marinate salmon for a few minutes while you prepare the BBQ pit or grill.

Sprinkle salmon with pepper and place salmon on grill for about 1 minute. Flip salmon and coat with more of the marinate. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes longer.

Serve immediately
