Signature Dish Chocolate cookies

Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Beat butter, sugar and eggs on medium speed with paddle attachment in blender until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Add vanilla and mix to combine. Gradually add dry ingredients and combine on low speed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and dip the tops of each cookie into sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow time to cool.

Yield: about 60 cookies
