Shrimp and Rice Casserole


One cup uncooked white rice
One stick of margarine
One cup of uncooked shrimp
One can of French Onion soup
One small can of mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter, add shrimp and cook in microwave until shrimp are pink. Add raw rice, mushrooms and onion soup. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
